Created by an experienced TEFL teacher, trainer and recruiter with 22 years of real classroom experience in Thailand.

Remember the night before your first class?
You've done everything right. And yet, the night before class, you're staring at a blank screen.
- You've completed your TEFL certificate.
- You understand the grammar terminology.
- You know the stages of a lesson.
You're not bad at this.
You were just never shown how to put it all into practice.
Many TEFL courses provide a foundation in theory, but they don't always prepare you for the realities of managing a classroom, engaging students and delivering effective lessons.
- give you ready-to-teach materials
- show you how to establish classroom rules
- help you prepare when it's 11pm on a Sunday and you've got six classes to teach on Monday
So teachers spend hours creating PowerPoint presentations from scratch, searching for worksheets, worrying about classroom management and wondering whether they're really cut out for teaching. You are. You just need the right tools.
What "just figuring it out" really costs you
Spending hours preparing lessons after a full day of teaching is a fast road to burnout.
A difficult class in your first week can leave you questioning your abilities long afterwards.
Poorly planned lessons can leave students disengaged and make learning less effective.
Schools notice the teachers who arrive prepared, organised and ready to teach.
One teacher shared his experience after reading The Lesson Flow eBook, a standalone guide to planning, structuring and delivering effective English lessons, now included in the Complete TEFL Teacher Toolkit:
“I have been teaching in Thailand for a year and I can honestly say this book has been a game changer for me. I was struggling and considering giving up but it has given me the boost I needed.”
Struggling is normal. Staying stuck isn't necessary.
